Offered here is a high quality art print of an original drawing of the
Pennsylvania State House, in Philadelphia,
also known as the Independence Hall. Construction began in 1732 and finished in
1756. The Second Continental Congress met in this fine Georgian building,
where the Declaration of Independence was signed, George Washington appointed
the first commander of the Continental Army and Betsy Ross' design for the
American Flag was first seen.
